Orders

If we cannot accept or need to change or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, including any cancellation rights that may apply to online purchases. You confirm that your orders are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.
Prices and Billing
Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges, is final. Prices shown online may differ from those in physical or third-party stores.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk in the products passes to you once the products come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of a person you have nominated to receive them. We may fulfil orders in multiple shipments where necessary.
Delivery Offers: Where free standard delivery is offered, for example on UK orders over £20, this applies only to the delivery method and geography stated, and is subject to the conditions displayed at checkout. Standard delivery charges may apply otherwise.
Promotions and Special Offers
From time to time, we may run special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers. Such promotions apply only to selected products and are subject to availability. They may include specific eligibility criteria, product exclusions, time limits, or quantity limits per customer or order.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, voucher, bundle, multi-buy offer, sale price, or special offer. MBI Voucher Codes: Unless specifically stated otherwise, MBI voucher codes apply to full-price products only. Voucher codes cannot be used on sale products or in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, voucher, bundle, multi-buy offer, sale price, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Half-Price Promotions: From time to time, we may run 50% off or half-price promotions. Unless stated otherwise, these apply only to selected products and are available while stocks last. Prices shown during the promotion include the applicable discount. Standard returns policies apply, and refunds will reflect the price paid. Half-price promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, voucher, bundle, multi-buy offer, sale price, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Multi-Buy, Mix & Match and Bundle Offers: From time to time, we may offer multi-buy, mix and match, bundle, or bulk-purchase promotions, such as “3 for £15”, “10 for £10”, or similar offers. These promotions apply only to selected products as clearly indicated on the website and are valid while stocks last. Unless stated otherwise, multi-buy and bundle offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, voucher, sale price, or special offer. Prices shown reflect the promotional saving and apply only when all qualifying items are included in the same order. If items forming part of a multi-buy or bundle offer are returned, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the price paid for the items kept.
Free Tote Bag Offer: Receive one free MBI-branded tote bag when your final basket total is £40 or more after all discounts and promotions have been applied, excluding delivery charges. This offer is valid while stocks last and applies to qualifying orders only. The tote bag will be automatically included with your order but will not appear in the basket or at checkout. One tote bag per order. The tote bag has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for an alternative item.
Bank Holiday Madness – 40% off Plush Toys Promotion: The promotion applies only to products listed on the Plush Sale page while the offer is live. Eligible products will show the discounted promotional price on the product page. No voucher code is required, and the offer cannot be combined with any other voucher, discount code or promotional offer. The promotion runs from Wednesday 20 May 2026 at 14:30 UK time to Wednesday 27 May 2026 at 14:30 UK time. Offer is available while stocks last. Make Believe Ideas reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or cancel this promotion at any time at its discretion. This promotion applies to eligible products only and does not apply to delivery charges.
Expired Promotions
The following promotions have now ended and are retained for reference only.
£1 Book Hunt — Expired: The £1 Book Hunt applied only to selected products and was available while stocks lasted. A maximum of one £1 product could be purchased per order. No substitutions or cash alternatives were available. The £1 Book Hunt could not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, voucher, bundle, multi-buy offer, sale price, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
World Book Day 20% Promotion — Expired: The World Book Day 20% promotion was valid from Thursday 5 March 2026 at 00:00 UK time to Sunday 8 March 2026 at 23:59 UK time. The 20% discount was automatically applied at checkout and applied to full-price products only. Sale items and ZSL London Zoo products were excluded from this promotion. The offer was available while stocks lasted and could not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, voucher, multi-buy offer, bundle, sale price, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise. Refunds reflect the discounted price paid. No cash alternative was available.

All content on our Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, design, and layout, is owned by Make Believe Ideas Ltd, its affiliates, or licensors, and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
