Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery of the products. We may fulfil orders in multiple shipments where necessary.
Delivery Offers: Where free standard delivery is offered (for example, on UK orders over £20), this applies only to the delivery method and geography stated, and is subject to the conditions displayed at checkout. Standard delivery charges may apply otherwise.
Promotions and Special Offers

£1 Book Hunt: The £1 Book Hunt applies only to selected products and is available while stocks last. A maximum of one £1 product may be purchased per order. No substitutions or cash alternatives are available. Make Believe Ideas Ltd reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
Half-Price Promotions: From time to time, we may run 50% off or half-price promotions. Unless stated otherwise, these apply only to selected products and are available while stocks last. Prices shown during the promotion include the applicable discount. Standard returns policies apply; refunds will reflect the price paid. These promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or bundle unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any half-price promotion at any time.
Multi-Buy, Mix & Match and Bundle Offers: From time to time, we may offer multi-buy, mix and match, bundle, or bulk-purchase promotions (for example, “3 for £15”, “10 for £10”, or similar offers). These promotions apply only to selected products as clearly indicated on the website and are valid while stocks last. Unless stated otherwise, multi-buy and bundle offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, voucher codes, or promotional offers. Prices shown reflect the promotional saving and apply only when all qualifying items are included in the same order. If items forming part of a multi-buy or bundle offer are returned, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the price paid for the items kept. MBI Voucher Codes: Unless specifically stated otherwise, MBI voucher codes apply only to full-price items. Discounts cannot be used on sale products or in conjunction with other promotional offers.
Free Tote Bag Offer: Receive one free MBI-branded tote bag when your final basket total is £40 or more after all discounts and promotions have been applied, excluding delivery charges. This offer is valid while stocks last and applies to qualifying orders only. The tote bag will be automatically included with your order but will not appear in the basket or at checkout. World Book Day 20% Promotion: The World Book Day 20% promotion is valid from 00:00 GMT on 5 March 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 8 March 2026. The 20% discount is automatically applied at checkout and applies to full-price products only. Sale items and ZSL London Zoo products are excluded from this promotion. The offer is available while stocks last and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, multi-buy, bundle, voucher, or special offer unless expressly stated otherwise. Refunds will reflect the discounted price paid. No cash alternative is available. Make Believe Ideas Ltd reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
